

Manstein was an elite stallion with Danish Warmblood Society, a premium stallion with the Oldenburger Society in Germany and graded with the Hanoverian Society.
After evaluation of his off-spring he has been finally graded as siegerhingst, the highest possible accolade.
Manstein completed his performance test Adelheidsdorff in 1982 as no. 15 out of 53 stallions with 114 points.
Manstein was graded by the Danish Warmblood Society in 1990 with the following description: Big impressive stallion of exceptionally good type. Expressive head. Well-set neck. Very good shoulders, withers and top-line. Well-formed muscular cluarters. Limbs straight and correct. Movement exceptionally good. Score 9-9-8 7-7 8-8 9.

The results are from Germany where the book "Jahrbuch Zucht" surmise the results for all stallions. Out of 159 stallions in his age-group Manstein is placed over-all as no.23. Looking at individual disciplines Manstein is placed as no. 6 for showing classes, as no. 5 for dressage, as no. 74 for show-jumping and as no. 29 for eventing.
